SAME DAY SHIPPING
We will try to process your order on the same day if we receive your order on or before 12:00 p.m. pst and request rush handling. We will do everything we can to ship your order that same day. Same shipping not included on items marked with a (Z) or marked as a *shipped truck* item.
PRICE CHANGE POLICY:
Because our vendors sometimes makes significant price increase during the life of our catalog, we must reserve the right to change price without notice. We prefer not to make price changes and, whenever possible, HSHS will absorb small increases from the manufacturer. If there is a large increase, we will notify you before filling your order. In the rare event of a typographical error, HSHS reserve the right to charge at the correct price. SHIPPING
We will ship your order the most economical way, unless you request a particular method of shipment. Please include the name and telephone number of the person to be contacted by the transportation company in order to attempt delivery.
Shipping rates are based on a 20% fee of the retail product price for most of the products.*
IN A HURRY?
UPS next day air and second day air service are available. Rates are higher than ground service rates, however air service may be appropriate if you are in a hurry for your order.
REGULAR OR SMALL PARCELS
Most orders will be shipped UPS or parcel post.
LARGE PARCELS
Your order will be shipped by truck if it is too heavy; if it exceeds the size limit for UPS or parcel post; or regular method of shipment would be too costly.
* Some products will have a slightly higher shipping rate.
